As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, from 9th – 15th May, we explore some of the ways that LGBT+ people in the local area develop methods of coping and supporting their wellbeing.
In this story, we hear from Caitlin who tells their story of getting into art, and how it has helped them overcome feels of isolation and mental health challenges.
