Bringing the Heartlands a hub

A new LGBT+ space has come to the centre of Perth between March and May 2022, helping bring the local LGBT+ community closer together.

Open from Tuesday 8th March till Thursday 12th May 2022 in the former Registrars Office at the end of the High Street, the pop-up hub provides a social café and meeting space, an LGBT+ heritage trail, a resources display and a pop-up sexual health clinic, provided by Terrence Higgins Trust Scotland.

The hub will be open Tuesdays to Fridays at various hours, running alongside the wider Rainbow Heartlands programme of activities. There will also be new activities taking place in the space, and there will be option for community groups to book into the spaces on weekdays.

The first of the activities will be the Crannog Clay & Crafts session on Friday 11th March, between 10.30am and 12pm.
